Redefining
The Skyline
Mukono Highway & Ntinda Urban District
Transforming ordinary billboard placements into immersive 3D landmarks through inflatable engineering, motion-driven visual storytelling, and premium outdoor execution.
The Challenge
In the saturated advertising landscapes of Mukono and Ntinda, standard 2D billboards often disappear into the visual clutter of the urban environment.
Our mission was to break the visual monotony of the highway by creating a bold 3D experience capable of commanding immediate attention and increasing brand recall for two iconic beverage brands.
Research & Development
01
Attention Mechanics
We studied highway driver behavior and discovered 3D billboard elements increase audience dwell time significantly compared to flat advertising surfaces.
02
Inflatable Engineering
Our team researched durable high-tension materials capable of surviving extreme sunlight and strong highway wind conditions.
03
Prototype Development
Multiple digital and physical prototypes were developed to perfect realism, texture, silhouette, and product finish.
Mountain Dew — Mukono Highway
The Strategy
Mukono functions as a fast-moving transit corridor. The billboard needed to communicate instantly even at highway speed.
The Design
We engineered a vibrant oversized inflatable bottle combined with shattered-glass geometric extensions breaking beyond the billboard frame.
The Result
The execution created motion, energy, and visual disruption, transforming the installation into an unforgettable highway landmark.
Guinness Smooth — Ntinda
Urban Premium Strategy
Ntinda’s lifestyle-focused environment demanded a sophisticated visual experience centered around the smoothness of the product.
3D Silhouette Design
The inflatable bottle was elevated above the billboard structure to emphasize tactility, depth, and product presence.
Premium Visual Impact
The billboard evolved from advertising into a modern urban installation dominating the cityscape.
The Impact
01
Stop Traffic
Increased commuter dwell time through immersive visual interruption.
02
Drive Social Talk
The unique executions encouraged organic photography and social media sharing.
03
Long-Term Durability
Weather-resistant engineering ensured consistent shape, structure, and visual quality throughout the campaign.
Why This Worked
This campaign proved that modern outdoor advertising succeeds when it breaks physical and visual boundaries.
By combining traditional billboard placement with custom inflatable engineering, we transformed passive advertising into a high-impact urban experience capable of driving
attention, engagement, and conversation.
